Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel renewal

Members will be able to stop the next annual renewal from the account area. Cancellation does not remove access already paid for before the end of that term.

Refund requests

The final refund window, process and exceptions must be set for the confirmed merchant location and applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy will limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Payment problems

Duplicate charges, payment failures and suspected fraud will be reviewed through the approved payment provider and support process.
